		<description>This is a good article that highlights the mindset of some intrapreneurs. However, as an intrapreneur I would not necessarily move away to a different company if the senior management do not support the idea. Actually, intrapreneurs need to master the art of persuasion.

I also think that companies need to foster innovation as you mentioned. Not only that, intrapreneurs are persons who create hope for addressing significant challenges inside an organization. Similarly, an organization must provide hope to an intrapreneur to incubate their ideas. This hope I think goes a long way in creating a positive innovation cycle.
